3-Month Warranty on Production Issues
All Zivatu jewelry is covered by a 3-month warranty against production-related issues, including:

  • Color change or coating defects

  • Broken chains or clasps

  • Lost stones

  • Manufacturing or material faults

If any of these occur, simply bring your item back and we will replace it with a new piece of equal value.
